T&Cs" tab¶
The "GCU " tab specifies the conditions of access and use of the data. It can be used to refer directly to a license, a contract or any other type of legal document relating to the use of data.

This information is grouped together in a license, whether standard (ODbL, IGN Public Service, etc.) or specific (exchange agreement, user charter, etc.). | Indications | Under the INSPIRE directive, all geographic data can be disseminated, unless one of the recognized restrictions applies. It is therefore necessary to indicate which type of restriction applies to the data, but also if no restriction applies (see example below). |
