Technical requirements¶

These requirements apply to the SaaS version of the Isogeo platform. Contact the Isogeo team to find out about the requirements for the On premises version.

Supported browsers¶

To access Isogeo, we guarantee that you can use one of the following browsers:

Mozilla Firefox ESR 45 and + ;
Google Chrome 48 and + ;
Microsoft Edge 80 and +.

If your browser is not supported, you will see the following message:

It is not blocking, but remains visible in the lower right-hand corner in the form of an exclamation mark to remind you that navigation conditions are not optimal.

Tip

If you or your users do not have sufficient rights to update the browser, you can use a portable version (without installation, but with reduced performance) of Mozilla Firefox.

Internet connection¶

A minimum downstream flow rate of :

1 Mb/s is required to access Isogeo App,
