Quick searches¶

Save a quick search¶

Any search, regardless of the number of filters used, can be saved under a named profile. Once a search has been saved, it can be executed without having to act on the various filters.

To save a search :

1. Type text into the search bar and/or use the various filters to perform a search

2. Click on the button(in the "Search" tab, top right of the results table).

3. Give a name to this new quick search in the dialog box that appears.

4. Click on the "Save" button in the dialog box.

Using a quick search¶

Select a quick search from the dedicated drop-down list (top right of the"Search" tab) to have it executed:

Saved quick searches can be deleted or renamed from the"Settings" tab ("Search" section) :

Renaming a quick search :¶

1. Choose a quick search from the drop-down list.

2. Click on the rename button for the selected quick search.

3. Enter a new name for the quick search in the dialog box.

4. Click on the"Save" button in the dialog box.

Delete a quick search :¶

1. Choose a quick search from the drop-down list.

2. Click on the delete button for the selected quick search.
