Highlights¶
This widget can be used to highlight portal pages. You can create and modify highlights and manage their display order.
Existing showcases¶
This menu displays a list of all documented highlights. A search bar (on the name) and a pagination system have been implemented. You can edit a highlight or delete one or more if required.
Editing a highlight¶
To create a new highlight, simply click on Edit highlight
in the access menu. To edit an existing highlight, simply select it from the previous menu.
The editor allows you to modify the following fields (those in bold are mandatory):
- Visual: You can add an image using the portal's integrated file manager.
- Title
- Text: Description of highlight.
- Link: URL of the page to be highlighted.
- Order: order in which highlights are displayed. Can also be edited in the following menu.
- Publication:
- Check box to activate draft mode, which allows you not to publish the highlight.
- Authorized groups: select the user groups who can view highlights.
Managing order¶
This menu lets you simply change the order in which highlights are displayed. Simply select a highlight and drag and drop it before or after the others. Don't forget to save using the button at the bottom right of the page.
Note
Only published highlights are displayed in this menu.
Front-office results¶
Widget on home page¶
Highlights are presented in a "Slider" widget. Clicking on EN SAVOIR PLUS
takes the user directly to the URL set in the highlight.
