Team¶
This widget allows you to present your structure's GIS team. You can add and modify members and manage their display order.
Existing members¶
This menu displays a list of all members. A search bar (on the name) and a pagination system have been implemented. You can edit a member or delete one or more if required.
Member editing¶
To create a new member, simply click on Edit member
in the access menu. To edit an existing member, simply select it from the previous menu. The editor allows you to modify the following fields (those in bold are mandatory):
- Photo: You can add a photo using the portal's integrated file manager.
- Name
- First name
- Function
- Description
- Url: page describing the member
- Check box to activate draft mode, which allows you not to publish the member.
- Authorized groups: select the user groups authorized to view the member.
Managing order¶
This menu lets you simply change the order in which members are displayed. Simply select a member and drag and drop it before or after the others. Don't forget to save using the button at the bottom right of the page.
Note
Only published members are displayed in this menu.
Front-office results¶
Widget on home page¶
Team members are presented in a "Slider" widget. There is no personalized page for each member, so they are not "clickable".
