About data¶
This menu concerns messages sent by users who can participate in threads. The following users do not have access to chat :
- unauthenticated users
- authenticated users whose rights level does not allow access to the chatroom
Note
For your information, administrators do not receive e-mail notification of data-related messages.
Message list¶
This menu lists all messages received. At a glance, you can see which messages have not been processed.
Message details¶
Click on a message to display its details. You will find the following information on the message:
- Reception date and time
- Sender's name
- Sender's email
- Data title
- Data ID
- Message received
Once the message has been taken into account, you can reply by e-mail directly to the sender, then change the status of the message by describing your response in the comments.
Unpublishing and deleting messages¶
Messages can be unpublished or deleted. In both cases, a "This message has been deleted" alert is displayed in the chat.
However, if the message is simply unpublished, it is still accessible in the back office and can be republished at any time.
