See also Dawizz¶

This section allows you to manage the See also Dawizz metadata sheets of the portal when the Dawizz API is activated. This tab presents the user with records related to the one they are currently consulting and which may be of interest to them (see screenshot at the bottom of the page).

Existing elements¶

This menu displays a list of all See also. A search bar (on the name) and a pagination system have been implemented. You can edit a menu or delete one or more of them if required.

Editing an element¶

To create a Voir Aussi, simply click on Édition d'un élément in the access menu. To edit an existing Voir Aussi, simply select it from the previous menu.

The editor lets you select the reference data and the data to be associated.

1. To retrieve the Dawizz ID of a file, simply open it in the portal and retrieve the ID at the end of the URL, replacing the "[dot]" with ". For example: votreportail.com/les-donnees-dawizz/Utilisateurs-ASA/ASA[dot]CASA[dot]TBUTILISATEURS gives ASA.CASA.TBUTILISATEURS
2. Enter the reference and target file IDs and save. The metadata titles should be displayed if the identifiers were correct.
