Users¶
This menu is used to create, modify and delete portal users.
Existing users¶
This menu displays a list of all users. The search works on all table fields (Last Name, First Name, Email and Group). You can edit a user by selecting it, or delete one or more users. You can filter on users in a particular group, or select multiple users to batch-assign them to one or more groups.
Editing a user¶
To create a new user, simply click on Edit user in the access menu. To edit an existing user, simply select it from the previous menu.
In both cases, you can use the custom editor, whose fields are as follows ( bold indicates mandatory fields):
- Group: Legal group
- Name: User name
- First name First name of user
- Email: User mail
- Telephone: User's telephone
- Function: User function
- Department: Department to which the user belongs
- Password: minimum 12 characters of 4 different types (from the list below)
- At least one capital letter (A, B, C...)
- At least one lowercase letter (a, b, c...)
- At least one number (1, 2 , 3...)
- At least one special character (!, $, %, &....)
- At least one parenthesis ([,],{,},(,,),<,>)
- Confirm password: Confirm password
- Remarks: User-related remarks
- Isogeo user: Does the user have access to the metadata administration and editing platform (app.isogeo.com)?
- Active user: Is the user active on the portal?
Default setting of user group rights¶
Here are the functionalities available according to user type.

These are the default features. The display of certain information and functionalities can be modified by the super administrator in the display parameters of the various groups
