History¶

Developed in 2013 by Isogeo, the Isogeo Worker service began to be rolled out at the end of the same year and especially from early 2014.

Purpose¶

Scan Isogeo is an automatic documentation tool for geographic data assets.

Based on different technologies, it reads geographic datasets to automatically extract most of the technical information you'd expect to see in a metadata sheet.

Supported formats¶

Scan Isogeo supports a variety of data formats. This includes raster, vector, CAD or LiDAR files as well as database management systems (DBMS). Feel free to consult the detailed list of formats supported by Scan Isogeo.
