Uninstalling the scan service

Deleting an Isogeo service is carried out in two dependent steps, the order of which is not important. However, if one of the two steps is not carried out, this may lead to future malfunctions when using the application.

Remove the service installed on the server

Several parameters are potentially specific to your installation.

  1. Using your Windows Explorer, navigate to the service directory (according to our recommendations, this should be C:\Program Files\Isogeo);

  2. Open the daemon folder ;

  3. Right-click on the uninstall.bat file, then Run as administrator. A window should open and close automatically.

  4. Delete the entire service directory.

Unsubscribing from the Isogeo service
