Automatically supported data formats¶
The service is theoretically capable of scanning all the formats supported by the FME ETL on which it is based. However, new formats are added as and when required.

The following list shows the DBMS formats supported by Scan:

For DBMSs, Scan has the particularity of also retrieving tables without geometries and creating non-geographical tabular data sheets.
However, not all formats are taken into account to the same degree and in the same way, given their specific features.
