Referencing the Widget in Portal

  1. Create an AppBuilder Web Widget share on the administration platform
  2. Copy the Widget url as shown in the screenshot below "Widget url retrieval"
  3. Log on to Portal as administrator ;
  4. Go to the Content tab;
  5. Click on +New item then Application; "Add an application to Portal
  6. Choose the 4th application type and paste the url retrieved in step 1; "Application type
  7. Enter the name: Widget Isogeo;
  8. Fill in a file: Isogeo;
  9. Set tags: Widget, Catalogue, Isogeo;
  10. Enter a summary, for example: Widget for consulting the Isogeo metadata catalog and adding data to the map;"Application description
  11. Register ;
  12. Share the element with everyone or with a specific group, depending on the target audience. "Share application

Note

The Widget url contains the identifier of the corresponding share in Isogeo: you can therefore reference the Widget for another share in the same way, to have a Widget for internal use and one for the general public, for example.
